I am a vetranerian (in training at college). I have been at my trainers side and have seen dogs and cats who have swallowed or even chewed on gum. There is a 5/10 chance it may get stuck. Also, there is a 80% chance that your dog may become sick. Chewed or unchewed, it is unhealthy. If they bite into any gum that may lead to an illness or possible infection. There is something in the gum that even a lick can make an animal sick, like chocolate. You may think this is funny but it is harmful.

nar its not that it gets stuck or twited, our body cant digest it too well so it kinda just stays there for awhile.
